Refunds
Scope
This policy covers paid consulting engagements, workshops, reviews, and health checks described on this site. It does not cover third-party store purchases of the local tracking utility; those follow the store’s own terms.
Eligibility and timeframe
If we cancel an engagement before work starts, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement. If you cancel more than ten business days before a scheduled workshop or discovery day, fees paid for that session are refundable minus any non-recoverable travel already authorised in writing.
Partial refunds
When work has started, refunds are limited to unused portions of the engagement as stated in the statement of work. Completed discovery, delivered contract drafts, and adapters already merged into your repositories are generally non-refundable because the value has transferred.
Non-refundable items
- Completed workshops and delivered decision notes
- Inventory reviews once the written report is delivered
- Authorised third-party costs (for example couriered media) already incurred
Process
Email info@connectorvectorpath.digital with the invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days where the payment provider allows.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Workshops may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least five business days’ notice. Shorter notice or no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Engagement calendars slip when sandbox access is delayed; such slips are not automatic refunds but may extend delivery dates by agreement.
Deposits
Discovery deposits secure calendar time. They apply to the final invoice. They are refundable only under the cancellation rules above.
